LEDS C4 Chic Reading Light is a minimal, recessed reading light with maximum technicality packed into a small footprint, designed as an essential basic for beside a bed or seat.
Matt gold
Matt gold gives Chic a warmer, more refined finish, its soft flange catching the light against the surrounding wall.
Metallic black
In metallic black, the fitting recedes into darker or more contemporary wall colours, keeping the emphasis on its directed beam.
White
The white finish lets Chic blend in almost invisibly against a white wall, ideal where the light is wanted without the fitting standing out.
How it works
The head adjusts 0 to 90 degrees and rotates 360 degrees, so the beam can be pointed exactly where it's needed, and it has touch dimming built in to adjust brightness by hand. It uses an integrated LED producing 3.9W and 200 lumens of warm white light at 2700K, with a CRI of 90 for natural colour rendering, and is built to Class II electrical standard from methacrylate and aluminium. It's designed to recess into walls around 10mm thick, with a recessed body 70mm deep, a flange 82mm in diameter, a cutout of 60mm in diameter, and a maximum projection of 90mm once installed.
Where it works best
Chic suits living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways, particularly either side of a bed or reading chair where a compact, adjustable light is useful.
