A Lantern Style Ceiling Fan With Built In Light
The Kichler Lyndon is a 52 inch (132cm) ceiling fan built around a traditional lantern shaped light fitting, so it does the job of a fan and a decorative light in one fixture. The classic silhouette gives it a period feel, while the mechanics underneath are entirely modern.
The Olde Bronze Finish
This fan is finished in Olde Bronze, a warm aged bronze tone over a steel body, paired with ABS blades. The finish suits dark wood furniture and aged brass or bronze door and window hardware, and works well alongside other traditional lighting in the room. ABS blades are durable, hold their shape well and need very little maintenance.
How It Works
The Lyndon runs on a motor with 3 to 4 speed settings, controlled from the included remote. The blades are reversible, so you can run the fan anticlockwise in summer for a cooling breeze, then reverse it in winter to push warm air that has risen back down into the room. The fitting also carries its own light, taking 3 x 8W E27 bulbs (not included) with a 3000K warm white output, dimmable from the same remote.

The Lyndon is sized for medium rooms of around 10 to 20 square metres, making it a good fit for a bedroom, living room, dining room, home office or children's room. It is also rated for sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees, so it works in loft rooms or spaces with an angled ceiling line as well as flat ones.
