An Industrial Wall Light Inspired By Exposed Pipework
The Kichler Imahn Single Wall Light looks like a length of exposed plumbing that has been turned into a lamp. Black tubes meet at natural brass elbows to form an open frame, with a bare bulb hanging in the middle. It is a bold, honest little wall light for anyone who likes a workshop or loft look.
Black and Natural Brass Finish
The tubes are a flat, slightly textured black, and the elbow joints and bulb holder are natural brass with a warm, aged tone. That contrast is what gives the Imahn its character. The brass will sit nicely beside timber, brick, dark kitchen units and black window frames, and the black picks up matching taps, handles and shelving.
How It Works
- One E27 lamp holder, suited to an LED bulb (bulb not supplied)
- Dimmable when you fit a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible dimmer
- Steel frame on a flat rectangular back plate for wall mounting
- Class I electrical fitting, which needs an earth connection
Because the bulb is on show, an Edison style filament bulb is the natural choice. It gives a soft amber glow and finishes the industrial look.
Where It Works Best
Try a pair either side of a mirror or fireplace, a row down a hallway, or one on each side of a bed. It suits kitchens and dining areas with an industrial leaning, loft style living rooms and entrance halls. Because the frame is open, the light spreads in all directions and gives a gentle wash on the wall behind.

Questions People Ask
Does the Imahn wall light come with a bulb?
No. It takes one E27 LED bulb, which you buy separately. A clear Edison style bulb shows off the open frame best.
Can I dim it?
Yes, if you fit a dimmable E27 LED bulb and use a compatible dimmer switch.
How far does it stick out from the wall?
It projects 10.6cm, so it sits fairly slim in a hallway. It is 30.5cm tall and 17.1cm wide.
Is this the same as the other Imahn finishes?
This listing is the black and natural brass version, with black tubes and brass elbows. Each finish is sold as its own product.
