Kichler Grand Bank 2 Light Semi-Flush Fitting - Distressed Antique Grey

A Two Light Semi Flush Ceiling Light With a Drum of Seeded Glass

The Kichler Grand Bank 2 Light Semi Flush is a low, round ceiling light with a clear seeded glass drum below two stacked rings. The upper ring is a soft, weathered wood effect and the narrower band above it is a brushed metal, topped by a small round ceiling plate. It is a calm, rustic fitting that suits rooms where the ceiling is not very high.

Distressed Antique Grey Finish

Distressed antique grey is a pale, warm grey with a chalky, weathered surface, like timber that has been left out in the sun. The metal band beside it looks like brushed pewter, so the two tones sit well together. It works with whitewashed wood, limed oak, linen and soft neutral paints, and it suits a farmhouse or coastal scheme very well.

How It Works

• Two E27 lamp holders, suited to LED bulbs (not supplied)
• Dimmable when you use dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible dimmer
• Steel body with a clear seeded glass drum
• Semi flush mounting, so it sits close to the ceiling
• Class I electrical fitting, which needs an earth connection

Where It Works Best

At 19.7cm tall it is a good choice for an entrance hall, a landing, a corridor or a small kitchen where a pendant would hang too low. The drum is clear, so the two bulbs are on view and the bubbles in the glass spread a soft, speckled pattern across the ceiling and walls. Put it on a dimmer for a gentle evening light.
