The Kichler Bridgepoint Large Wall Lantern is a tall outdoor wall light with a rounded glass globe and a sweeping curved arm. The seeded glass sits inside a cage of thin bands, with a ribbed cap above and a flat ring below, and the whole thing swings from a big hook shaped bracket. At 51cm tall it is a proper feature for a large entrance.

Natural Brass Finish

The metal is finished in natural brass, a warm, golden tone with a softly brushed grain and a few darker areas that make it look lived in. It works well with red brick, cream render and dark painted doors. With the bulb on, the glass picks up the glow and the brass seems to warm up too.

Choose it for a tall front door, a double height porch, a large garage or the side of a barn style building. It needs a bit of space around it because the arm reaches 31cm from the wall, so give it room beside the door frame and away from drainpipes.

Is the large size too big for a normal front door?
It is 51cm tall and 31cm deep from the wall, so it suits wider doors and larger fronts best. For a small door, the medium or small Bridgepoint lantern is the better scale.

How heavy is it?
It weighs 1.9kg. Even so, it should be fixed securely to the wall using its back plate.

How wide is the glass?
The globe is 28cm across and the cage sits around it, so the lantern looks substantial from the front.

Can it be dimmed?
Yes, with a dimmable E27 LED bulb and a compatible dimmer. A bulb is not included with the lantern.
