The Willow Rose, Hanging Low
The Willow Medium Pendant carries the range's soft coloured Mackintosh rose on a single hanging light, its height adjustable at installation to suit the room beneath it. Interiors 1900 describes the Willow palette as pale and pastel rather than heavily saturated, giving the rose motif a gentler presence than some Tiffany designs.
One Light, Adjustable Drop
Built around the same 14 inch, roughly 35cm shade as the flush fitting in this range, the Medium Pendant instead hangs on an adjustable cord, from around 42.5cm up to about 154.5cm, so it can be set for a low dining table or a taller stairwell. There is one finish here, dark bronze effect metalwork, with the choice really being drop height rather than colour.
How It Works
A single replaceable E27 lamp (not supplied), rated up to 60W, hangs inside the shade and the fitting is dimmable with a suitable dimmable lamp and compatible dimmer. Because the lamp is a standard E27 fitting rather than an integral LED module, you can change the tone of light or replace the lamp yourself without needing to replace the fitting.
Where It Works Best
Its adjustable drop suits a dining table, breakfast bar or stairwell where the hanging height needs to be set precisely, in contrast to the flush fitting in the same range, which is fixed close to the ceiling for low headroom rooms. Choose the pendant where there is height to work with and a single light is enough for the space.

Every shade is built from individually coloured glass pieces, hand mixed while molten and soldered together by hand, so the faint variation in tone between panels is a sign of genuine handwork rather than a defect.
