A Pendant That Grows With Your Room

The Jamelia Large 3 Light Pendant hangs on an adjustable chain, so rather than being fixed at one height, it can be set to suit the room it is going into. Three lamps sit behind a 50cm dome of handcrafted Tiffany style glass, giving a broader spread of light than the single arm pieces elsewhere in the range.

Setting The Right Drop

The chain runs from 52cm up to 136cm, which covers everything from a standard ceiling to a stairwell or double height hallway. If your ceiling is too low to make use of that range, the Jamelia Large 2 Light Flush Fitting carries the same glass design in a close fitting flush version instead.

How It Works

Three E27 lamp holders are designed for 60W maximum GLS lamps, sold separately. The pendant is Class I with an earthed steel frame, and dimmable when paired with a suitable dimmable lamp and dimmer. As with the rest of the range, standard E27 lamps mean easy replacement and a free choice of warmth and brightness.

Where It Works Best

Its scale and adjustable drop make this the pendant of choice over a dining table or in an entrance hall with some height, somewhere it can be the focal point of the room. Compared with the inverted version in the range, this pendant throws its light downward in the more traditional way, so pick whichever direction of light suits how the room is used.

Interiors 1900 first made its name in 1983 with handmade Tiffany style lamps, and more than forty years later that craftsmanship still runs through pieces like this one. Every panel of glass is individually cut and coloured while molten, so the finished shade carries the small, genuine variations that come from being built by hand rather than machine.
