Stepping Down From Large

Where the Large Inverted pendant in the Fargo range spans 50cm, this Medium version narrows to 41cm while keeping the same three lamp count and upward facing shade. It sits closer in scale to the Medium 2 Light Flush Fitting and Medium Pendant elsewhere in the range, making it the pick when a room calls for Fargo's geometric glass but not the widest fitting available.

Where It Works Best

The smaller shade and upward glow suit a bedroom, home office or snug where the Large Inverted pendant would feel oversized, while still giving three lamps' worth of light rather than the single lamp of the Medium Pendant in this range. Founded in 1983 on handmade Tiffany style lamps, Interiors 1900 later built the Art Deco inspired Fargo range using the same hand assembled glass technique, bending and cutting art glass by hand rather than moulding it as a single piece. That process means every Medium Inverted shade carries faint, genuine variation in tone and line from the next, a mark of handmade glass rather than a flaw. Interiors 1900 sits within the Poole Lighting group, alongside Endon and Saxby, at the more decorative end of that group's output.
