A Drop That Adjusts To The Room

Because the chain is height adjustable, the same 410mm shade can be set low over a table or raised higher in a room with a taller ceiling, which makes this one of the more flexible fittings in the Dragonfly Blue range for rooms of different proportions.

How It Works

The pendant hangs on a height adjustable 1.2 metre chain, giving a drop of 470mm to 1380mm, with a shade diameter of 410mm. It takes 3 x 60W E27 (GLS) lamps, not included, and is dimmable with a suitable dimmable LED lamp and compatible dimmer.

Interiors 1900 has been making lamps like this one since 1983, when the brand first became known for handmade Tiffany style lighting. Each piece of glass in the shade is coloured while still molten, so the finished panels carry natural variation in tone and texture from one to the next, a sign of the handmade process rather than an inconsistency. The company has since added solid brass and crystal collections, but a three light pendant like this remains close to where it began.
