Choosing Your Brooklyn Piece

At around 40cm across, this shade is noticeably wider than the acorn pendant's 25cm, giving a broader spread of light from a single lamp. Choose this standard pendant where one fitting needs to light a reasonably sized area alone, and the acorn where a tighter, more decorative drop suits the space better.

How It Works

A single E27 lamp, rated up to 60W, hangs within the glass shade, and the fitting is dimmable when used with a suitable dimmable LED lamp and compatible dimmer switch. The chain adjusts from around 45cm to a full 125cm drop, so it can be set for a low hang over a table or a higher position in an entrance hall.

Where It Works Best

Its wider shade suits use as a single central pendant over a small dining table or in a study, where the acorn's narrower glow would leave the edges of the space in shadow. Grouped in pairs it also works well flanking a kitchen island.
