A Quiet Copper Pole Light for Paths and Borders
The Hunza Walkway Light is a slim pole with a short arm that leans over the ground it lights. It is deliberately unobtrusive, blending into planting while giving soft, effective illumination along a path without glare. This is the low voltage version, so it runs from a transformer rather than straight from the mains.
Solid Copper That Settles Into the Garden
The pole and arm are solid copper, a natural finish that Hunza designs to weather and patina outdoors. New copper is bright and warm. With time it deepens to brown and then a soft green, which suits a fitting meant to disappear among leaves and borders. The Walkway Light is also made in other finishes if you want something that does not change.
How It Works
- A 25mm diameter pole 685mm long, with a 25mm diameter arm 165mm long, supplied with 1m of cable.
- Low voltage and wired in parallel, so it needs a transformer, sold separately.
- The fitting is supplied without a lamp. The specification calls for a G4 capsule LED, which must be a Hunza approved LED to keep the IP rating and warranty.
- Rated IP44 and backed by a 10 year warranty.

- Copper darkens with age outdoors, which is a natural change rather than a defect.
- A registered NICEIC electrician should carry out the installation.
