A Dimmable Driver for Hunza and Luxr Fittings

The Hunza LCM25 is a 0 to 10V dimmable driver offered with 350mA, 700mA and 1050mA options. It is intended for use with Luxr and Hunza LED fittings, and the guide below shows how many of each it is suited to. It is based on the Meanwell LCM25, a 25 watt constant current driver.

What the Manufacturer Lists

• The Meanwell LCM25 has a selectable output current set by a DIP switch, from 350mA up to 1050mA.
• It can be dimmed by a 0 to 10V signal, a 10V PWM signal or a resistance.
• It measures 105mm long, 68mm wide and 23mm high.
• Meanwell notes it should only be used behind a switch, and not permanently connected to the mains.

• The driver unit is rated IP20, so for exterior use Hunza recommends fitting it inside a weatherproof box. Ask us about the box Hunza offers.
• When used as a remote power supply, the fittings it feeds are wired in series.

Can I dim the lights with it?
Yes. It is a 0 to 10V dimmable driver, so it needs a compatible 0 to 10V control to dim the fittings.

Can I mount it outdoors?
Not on its own. The driver is IP20 rated, so Hunza recommends installing it in a weatherproof box for exterior use.
