Hunza Step Light Square GU10 - Powder Coat - Mains

Colour Matched Mains Step Lighting

Choose the Hunza Step Light Square GU10 in powder coated aluminium when you want a recessed step light that blends with its surroundings. It fits flush into masonry, stone or wood and runs from the mains, so no transformer is needed. Use it on steps, around paved areas and driveways, or as a recessed uplighter in a wall.

Seven Baked On Colours

Colour is baked onto the aluminium body and comes in Black, Dark Grey, White, Birch, Bronze, Olive Green and Silver Star. Colours are indicative only and swatches are available on request. Matt Black and Matt Bronze can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Matt Olive Green, Matt White, Matt White Birch, Matt Dark Grey and Matt Silver Star are made to order and non returnable unless faulty or damaged.

How It Works

• A mains fitting, so no driver is required.
• GU10 lamp sold separately. Only a Hunza approved LED lamp keeps the IP rating and warranty valid.
• Recessed body 63.5mm across and 90mm long, finished with an 88mm wide, 7mm deep flange.
• Cut out size 63.5mm.
• Comes with mounting holes. If you fit it in a canister you can ignore them.
• Parallel wired and rated IP67, with a 5 year warranty.
• You can also buy a low voltage step light of the same design.

Where It Works Best

• Beside steps leading to a front door or garden room
• Set into paving along a terrace
• Marking a driveway edge or parking bay
• Low in a wall to graze light upward

Our Lighting Design and Installation Service

Moonlight Design has worked with Hunza since 2003. We design lighting schemes for gardens, supply Hunza fittings and install them with NICEIC registered electricians. The photographs on our Design Service page are our own finished schemes, and the page explains how we plan, draw up and install them. Have a look if you would like a scheme drawn up for your garden.

Good to Know

• Made to order: usually ships within 2 to 3 days. If your specification is temporarily out of stock, allow 3 to 5 weeks.
• No lamp is supplied. Buy a GU10 lamp separately.
• Mains fitting, so we recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.
• Colours are for indication only, so ask for swatches if the shade matters.
