A Mains GU10 Step Light in Stainless Steel

The Hunza GU10 Step Light is a recessed fitting for stairs, paths and paved areas, with an 88mm flange that sits flush in masonry, stone or wood. It runs directly from the mains and takes a GU10 lamp, so there is no driver or transformer to place. This version is made in marine grade 316 stainless steel.

Stainless Steel Outdoors

Solid 316 stainless steel keeps a consistent brushed finish and does not change character the way copper does. It can acquire a light surface tarnish in some environments, which a regular wash will deal with. The same step light is also available in copper and in powder coated aluminium.

Do I need a transformer for this step light?
No. It is the mains GU10 version and no driver is required.

What size is the cut out?
63.5mm, with the flange sitting 88mm across and 7mm deep around it.

Can I use any GU10 lamp?
The lamp is not supplied. To keep the IP67 rating and warranty it must be a Hunza approved LED.

Is it suitable for outdoor stairs and driveways?
Yes. It is designed for step lighting and ground level horizontal lighting, including driveways and exterior paved areas.
