A Mains Powered Tier Light With No Driver to Hide
The Hunza Pure LED Tier Light Retro lights medium level foliage from a pole, giving 360 degrees of illumination on a horizontal plane and no vertical light at all. What sets the Retro apart is that it is a mains version, so there is no remote driver to find a home for. This one is in solid copper, with a Cree LED chip built in.
Solid Copper for a Natural Ageing Finish
Hunza makes this finish from solid copper and expects it to change outdoors. It begins bright and warm, deepens to brown, and eventually takes on a soft green. That makes it a good partner for informal planting and older brick walls. The Retro is also made in powder coated aluminium for anyone who wants a colour that holds steady.
How It Works
- Mains version, with no driver required. The wiring type is parallel.
- Hood diameter 260mm, body length 155mm and pole length 700mm. The pole is 38mm in diameter, or 63.5mm at its widest point.
- A Cree LED chip gives 340 lumens from 4 watts at 700mA, with a CRI of 90 or more at 3000K. Hunza lists the parts as serviceable.
- Choose 2200K, 2700K, 3000K or 4000K.
- Not dimmable.
- It comes with 1m of cable and is rated IP66, with a 10 year warranty and 5 years on the LED.
