A Mains Copper Bollard for Terraces and Paved Paths

The Retro flange bollard puts solid copper on a hard surface and runs it straight from the mains. Stand it on a terrace, step edge or paved path, fix it down through the flange, and it lights the ground below and the space around it from a twin angle reflector. At 688mm it is a modest, tidy height. The Cree LED is integrated and serviceable.

Copper That Tells the Story of the Weather

Hunza leaves solid copper unlacquered on purpose. Fresh from the box it is bright and warm; with time outdoors it turns brown, and eventually shows a soft green. That slow change is what many people choose copper for. Stainless steel and powder coated versions are there if you want a finish that holds still.

• Runs on the mains with parallel wiring, and no driver is required.
• 112 lumens from 4 watts at 700mA, CRI 90 or more at 3000K.
• Order in 2200K, 2700K, 3000K or 4000K.
• Mirror finish reflector, UV stable acrylic lens and anti glare mesh.
• Diameter 63.5mm, height 688mm, with 1m of cable supplied.
• It is not a dimmable fitting.
• IP56/IP66 rated, 10 year warranty with 5 years on the LED.

Good to Know

• Made to order: usually ships within 2 to 3 days. If your specification is temporarily out of stock, allow 3 to 5 weeks.
• Returns accepted within 14 days if the fitting is unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
• No remote driver is needed, and the fitting cannot be dimmed.
• Solid copper will darken and patina outdoors. This is normal and not a fault.
• We recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.

Is this the mains or low voltage bollard?
It is the mains Retro version, so no driver is needed.

Is copper a good choice outdoors?
Yes. Hunza designs solid copper to be left outdoors, where it patinas from bright copper to brown and eventually green.

How is it fixed?
It is surface flange mounted, so it fixes down onto a hard surface rather than into the soil.
