Description

The Hunza Pond Light in Stainless Steel is built from exactly that grade of marine quality stainless, hand assembled in New Zealand by craftspeople who have been perfecting this kind of fitting for many years.

This is a fully submersible, IP68 rated underwater luminaire, adjustable on its arm to direct light precisely where you want it. It is the kind of fitting that landscape designers and serious garden lighting specialists reach for when they want something that will still look and perform beautifully a decade down the line. The 360 degree rotation and vertical adjustment give you genuine flexibility during installation, whether you are lighting the edge of a formal koi pond, illuminating a natural pond full of aquatic planting, or bringing a water garden or rill feature to life after dark.

It works with a Hunza approved LED lamp, essential to maintain the IP68 rating and the product warranty. Low voltage operation means it also requires a compatible transformer as part of the installation. The low voltage aspect is particularly important in water environments, where safety standards demand it.

This fitting is ideal for koi ponds, wildlife and natural swimming ponds, ornamental water gardens, formal pond features, fountains and all manner of water features where a robust, permanently submerged luminaire is needed. It is not designed for swimming pool installation.
