The Ultra Pillar Light, Built for Heavier Duty

The Hunza Ultra 50 Pillar Light sends light upwards and downwards from a wall mounted body, giving columns, gateway pillars and entrances a dramatic effect. It comes from Hunza's Ultra LED range, which is made up of strong, industrial grade fittings that suit commercial applications as well as private gardens. The look is sleek and contemporary, and this one runs from the mains with a driver built in.

Powder Coated Aluminium and a Cree LED Chip

The body is virgin, high corrosion resistant aluminium with a chromate substrate, an epoxy layer and a UV resistant polyester powder coat. Colours are indicative only, and swatches are available on request. Inside is a Cree CXA 2540 LED board, chosen by Hunza for strong performance and long life, and it is field replaceable. This listing offers Matt Black, Matt Dark Grey, Matt Silver Star and Matt White, and the variants other than Matt Black are made to order.

How It Works

• Light goes up and down at once, so one fitting does the work of two.
• Hunza rates the output at 2800 lumens at 700mA from 52 watts, with a CRI of 90 or more as standard (3000K) and 50,000 hours to L70.
• Choose between 3000K and 4000K colour temperatures.
• Choose a beam angle of 22, 33 or 51 degrees. The narrow 22 degree beam gives a tight, defined scallop, while 51 degrees spreads further across the wall.
• Choose a clear or frosted lens. The lens glass is 12mm thick, extra clear and shatter resistant.
• Mains version with a constant current dimmable driver supplied and installed in the fitting, wired in parallel.
• Rated IP66, with a 5 year warranty on the electronics and the aluminium.
• A mounting plate is fixed to the wall with three stainless steel screws and the luminaire fixes to the plate.
• Hunza offers a hex cell louvre, glare guard, glare shield, snoot and cable joint kit as accessories.
