Mains Powered, With the Driver Already Inside

The Hunza Safe Touch 150 with Integral Driver is a heavy duty recessed uplight that runs straight from the mains. There is no separate transformer or driver to hide, which keeps the installation simpler. It was designed with public safety in mind: the lens stays cool, the light is clean and strong, and the fitting is built to sit in surfaces people walk and drive across. A gimbal gives 360 degrees of rotation and 0 to 20 degrees of tilt, and the canister is supplied.

Brushed Marine Grade Stainless Steel

Here the body is marine grade 316 stainless steel, which holds a steady brushed look. In some environments it may develop a light surface tarnish, and washing it from time to time keeps that under control. Every Hunza High Power fitting also has an extra powder coat layer beneath, there for corrosion protection.

How It Works

• The driver is built in, so this is a mains fitting needing no separate driver. Wiring is parallel.
• A replaceable Cree LED chip produces 5000 lumens in total at 1400mA, with a CRI of 90 or more at 3000K.
• Pick 2700K, 3000K or 4000K, a 22, 33 or 51 degree beam, and a clear or frosted lens.
• The canister measures 330mm deep with a 265mm flange diameter, and the cut out is 179mm. Cable is supplied.
• Not dimmable.
• Rated for vehicles at up to 10km/h (6mph) and a load of 2000kg (4400lbs).
• IP68 (not for use in pools or ponds), with a 10 year warranty and 5 years on the LED.

• Beneath a large tree where a single mains feed is easier than a driver location
• In paved forecourts and entrances for lighting a wall or column from the floor
• Along a public footpath or shared courtyard
• Anywhere a robust, low maintenance fitting is wanted in a trafficked surface
