Mains Powered Copper Light for Paths and Drives

The Hunza Flush Floor Light GU10 in copper is designed to be fitted level with a pathway, hotel floor or building foyer. Because it has a flush lens there is no lip to trip over, and water cannot pool and deposit dirt on the glass. It can be walked on or driven over without damage. Running from the mains, it needs no transformer, which keeps the cabling simpler.

Solid Copper, Allowed to Patinate

Hunza makes this fitting in solid copper and expects it to change. Over time the bright, warm finish becomes brown and then a soft green, in the manner of a copper roof. There is nothing to seal or repaint, and the shift is not a fault. You can request swatches to check the colour.

How It Works

• Mains operation with no driver or transformer.
• GU10 lamp not supplied. Choose a Hunza approved LED to maintain the IP rating and warranty.
• Round flange 104mm across and 9mm deep, above an included canister of 83mm diameter and 137.5mm length.
• Suitable for traffic up to 10km/h (6 mph) and vehicles up to 1500kg (3300lb).
• Wired in parallel, IP67 rated and covered by a 10 year warranty.

Can I drive over this light?
Yes, up to 10km/h (6 mph) and 1500kg (3300lb) vehicle weight.

Do I need a transformer?
No. It is a mains fitting and does not need a driver or transformer.

Does the copper need maintenance?
No. Hunza designs solid copper to be left to weather, so it will naturally move from bright copper to brown and then green.
