A Flush Stainless Steel Uplighter You Can Walk Across

The Hunza Floor Light is an in ground uplighter with an extremely low profile, so it sits almost level with the surface and can be walked on without damaging the luminaire. Set into a path, lawn edge or terrace, it throws light upward to graze a wall, a tree trunk or a planted corner. This is the low voltage stainless steel version, supplied with a mounting canister.

Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel

The body is marine grade 316 stainless steel, which keeps a consistent brushed finish outdoors. In some environments it can pick up a light surface tarnish, and a regular wash keeps that in check. If you would rather have a finish that changes with the weather, the same fitting is also made in solid copper.

How It Works

• Supplied with a mounting canister 76mm in diameter and 148mm long, on a 100mm base, with 1m of cable.
• The flange is 88mm across and just 3mm deep, and the cut out size is 63.5mm.
• No lamp is supplied. It takes a MR16 lamp, and to keep the IP rating and warranty it must be a Hunza approved LED.
• Low voltage and wired in parallel, so it needs a transformer.
• Rated IP67 and backed by a 10 year warranty.
• A GU10 mains version of this floor light is also available.

• At the base of a tree or a feature plant, lighting it from below

• Beside steps or an entrance, where a low, tidy fitting suits the surface

How We Plan and Install Hunza Lighting

Moonlight Design has worked with Hunza since 2003. We design lighting schemes for gardens, supply Hunza fittings and install them with NICEIC registered electricians.
