Copper Bollard Light Straight From the Mains

This is a Hunza spike mounted bollard in solid copper, 700mm tall, designed around a GU10 lamp. Put it in a border or beside a drive and it gives gentle light low to the ground. It runs on mains power and needs no driver or transformer.

Copper That Earns Its Colour

Solid copper is a natural finish, and Hunza intends it to weather. Fresh from the box it is bright and warm. In time it will turn brown, then a soft green, so no two bollards end up looking the same after a few years outside. A painted version would not do that, but a powder coated aluminium and a 316 stainless steel version are made if you want stability.

How It Works

• Light is shaped by a mirror finish, twin angle reflector and a UV stable acrylic lens with anti glare mesh.
• Some light falls directly onto the ground and some travels horizontally to lift the landscape nearby.
• Body diameter 63.5mm and height 685mm.
• Mains voltage, wired in parallel, with no driver required.
• The GU10 lamp is not supplied. A Hunza approved LED must be used to maintain the IP rating and warranty.
• IP66 rated and guaranteed for 10 years.

Will this copper bollard change colour?
Yes. Solid copper weathers from bright copper to brown and then to a soft green, which Hunza designs it to do.

Do I need a transformer?
No. It is a mains GU10 version and no driver is required.

Is the lamp supplied?
No. Fit a Hunza approved GU10 LED, which keeps the IP66 rating and warranty valid.

What is the warranty?
The copper version has a 10 year warranty.
