Choosing Gold and Frosted Glass

Gold gives the base a warm, polished look, and the frosted glass shade spreads the light evenly through the dome rather than letting a single bright point show through. For a moodier, more contained glow in the same gold base, the smoked glass version is the alternative.

How It Works

Inside the dome, a G4 LED source rated 0.45W at 5V and 2600K moves through candle, ambiance and work modes, from a flickering dinner glow to genuine task light. A full charge takes 4 to 6 hours for up to 96 hours of use, with runtime varying by brightness, 12 to 17 hours on high, 22 to 30 on medium, 70 to 95 hours on the lowest setting. Two is wet rated and measures 3.5 inches across and 8.3 inches tall.

The frosted glass dome suits a dinner table that wants an evenly spread, brighter glow than a linen shade gives, while still directing light down rather than outward. Being wet rated, the same lamp works equally well on a covered terrace table for outdoor entertaining.
