This flush ceiling light gathers three slender brass arms of varying lengths around a single central point, each one ending in a hand blown opal glass globe. The staggered lengths give the fixture a gentle, sculptural rhythm rather than a flat symmetrical spread, and because it sits close to the ceiling it suits rooms where headroom is tight. Picture it centred above a bathroom vanity for a warm, flattering wash of light, or fitted into a hallway or landing with a lower ceiling where a pendant would hang too low.

The brass finish

The body is plated steel finished in brass, giving it a warm, lightly reflective surface that catches ambient light rather than shining hard. It has the settled, slightly antique warmth associated with mid century design, and works well against warm whites, terracotta, walnut and other wood tones, as well as darker painted walls where the brass can stand out. The three opal glass globes diffuse the light source itself, so you see a soft glow rather than an exposed bulb.

How it works

This is a hardwired 240v fixture, wired with 3 core cable and operated via an external switch, so it needs to be connected by a qualified electrician rather than simply plugged in. It takes three G9 bulbs, which are not included, with a maximum total wattage of 28W, and it can be dimmed if you fit dimmable G9 LEDs. Some assembly is required on delivery, with instructions provided, before an electrician fits it to your ceiling.
