This variant is finished in Oil Rubbed Bronze, a deep, almost blackened bronze with warmer highlights where the light catches the metal. Willoughby takes two E14 bulbs, which are not supplied, so you will need to add your own. It works with dimmable bulbs if you want to run it on a dimmer circuit, though the fitting itself doesn't include a dimmer. It's Class I, which means it requires an earth connection. The story behind Hinkley

Hinkley began life in 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio, when Phil R. Hinkley set up as a small outdoor lantern maker with a debut catalogue of just fourteen products. A traditional lantern like Willoughby sits close to that original brief. After Phil's death in 1937, Stanley Wiedemer, who had already bought into the business, took it over outright and moved his own family to Cleveland to run it, and it stayed a family business for generations after that. Since 2012, Elstead Lighting has manufactured and adapted Hinkley's designs for the UK and Europe, converting fittings like this one to 220 to 240V wiring with full CE certification.
