The Fulton 2 light wall light brings the collection's open, tapered cage design down into a smaller, wall mounted format. It keeps the same industrial look as the rest of the range, finished in Bronze, with two exposed bulb positions in place of a single ceiling fitting.

Bronze finish and brass build

This fitting is built from solid brass, finished in a warm Bronze tone. There is no glass anywhere on this design. Instead, two square candle sleeves sit openly on a simple H shaped wall mount, so the bulbs themselves become part of the look. It pairs well with darker woods, exposed brick and other industrial or vintage styling.

How it works

This wall light takes 2 x E14 bulbs, and LED bulbs work well in this fitting. Bulbs are not included, so you will need to add two to your order. It fixes to the wall using a standard wall plate. This fitting is wired to Class I. It needs to be properly earthed. We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting.

Where it works best

This wall light suits hallways, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens and bedrooms, anywhere you want an industrial accent light rather than a ceiling fitting. It works well either side of a fireplace, along a hallway, or as a bedside pair in a bedroom.

The story behind Hinkley

Hinkley started out in 1922 as a small outdoor lantern maker in Cleveland, Ohio, with a debut catalogue of just 14 products. A century on, pieces like this open cage Fulton wall light show how far the range has grown from those early lanterns. That growth came under different generations of the Wiedemer family, who took over the business after Stanley Wiedemer bought out its founder in the 1930s. Around 2000, the fourth generation, Kristi, Jess and Eric Wiedemer, began taking on leadership roles and continued to broaden the collection into styles like this industrial cage design. Since 2012, Elstead Lighting has adapted Hinkley's designs, including this wall light, for UK wiring and CE certification.

Is this wall light dimmable? Yes. It is dimmable as long as you use dimmable bulbs. Standard, non dimmable bulbs will not let you dim this fitting.

Do bulbs come with this fitting? No. This wall light takes 2 x E14 bulbs, and you will need to add these to your order separately. LED bulbs work well in this fitting.

Does this wall light have a glass shade? No. The Fulton design has no glass at all. Its two candle sleeves sit openly on the wall mount, so the bulbs themselves are visible as part of the industrial look.

Can I use this wall light outdoors? No. This is an indoor fitting with no water resistance rating, so it should only be used inside your home.

Does this wall light need an electrician to install? We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting. It is wired to Class I. It needs to be properly earthed as part of a correct installation.
