Harte Victorian Traditional 0.6m Pedestal Light - Cast Iron

This 0.6 metre pedestal light is one of the shorter freestanding fittings in Harte's Traditional range, sized for narrow walkways, patios and low garden walls rather than open lawns. Its lantern styling follows the same Victorian design used across the range.

Cast iron construction

Cast in iron with galvanised steel used in its construction, the post carries a lantern glazed with hand cut glass and fitted with an E27 bulb holder. It comes in the standard gloss black finish, with other colours available on request.

How it works

Set low on its own base, the light spreads out close to ground level, useful for marking a path or the top of a low wall rather than lighting a wide area. It needs a fixed base and mains wiring, best handled by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

Its low height suits narrow walkways, patios, and low garden walls, and its deeper design also allows it to sit on entrance piers where a taller pedestal light would look out of place.

Harte Outdoor Lighting has cast iron and steel lighting at its workshop in New Ross, County Wexford, since 1983.
