Harte Victorian 0.6m Traditional Pier Light For Narrow Pier Caps - Cast Iron

This 0.6 metre pier light continues Harte's range of fittings sized for narrower entrance piers, taking the same Victorian lantern styling used throughout the Traditional range but scaled for a taller pier. It sits centrally on top of the pier rather than to one side.

Cast iron and steel construction

Cast in iron with a galvanised steel mounting disc 0.17 metres in diameter, sized for narrower pier caps than a standard flat topped pier would need. Hand cut glass glazing and an E27 bulb holder complete the fitting, finished in the standard gloss black with other colours available on request.

How it works

Mounted directly on the pier cap, light spreads evenly around the lantern rather than throwing a shadow to one side, which suits piers that mark an entrance approached from either direction.

At 0.6 metres, this pier light suits taller entrance piers where a narrower cap rules out a wider mounting disc, typically at gateways or driveway entrances with more substantial pier construction than a garden wall.

Harte Outdoor Lighting has been casting iron and steel lighting at its workshop in New Ross, County Wexford, since 1983.
