Harte Victorian 0.58m Traditional Wall Light With Decorative Arm - Cast Iron

This 0.58 metre wall light is Harte's most popular wall mounted fitting in the Traditional range, carried on a decorative cast iron arm that lifts the lantern away from the wall in the classic Victorian style. Its size gives it enough presence for a front door while still working comfortably at a smaller entrance.

Decorative cast iron arm

Cast in iron, the arm holds the lantern head clear of the wall, glazed with hand cut glass and fitted with an E27 bulb holder. It comes in the standard gloss black finish, with other colours available on request.

How it works

The arm positions the light source out from the wall, giving a broader spread than a flush fitting would, useful anywhere you want the light to reach further across a doorway, patio or path rather than staying tight to the surface.

Where it works best

Its versatility is what makes this size so widely used, at home on front and back doors, patio areas, garage entrances and even mounted on entrance piers. It suits period and modern homes alike.

Harte Outdoor Lighting has made cast iron and steel lighting from its workshop in New Ross, County Wexford, since 1983. The family business was founded by Willie Harte and is now carried forward by Liz Harte and the next generation, Jack and Sam Harte, and Harte says the same cast iron construction sits behind lighting installed at Irish locations including Áras an Uachtaráin, Adare Manor and the K Club.
