Harte Victorian 0.38m Traditional Pier Light For Narrow Pier Caps - Cast Iron

This 0.38 metre pier light is designed specifically for narrower or chamfered pier caps, where a standard sized mounting disc would overhang the top of the pier. It comes from the Traditional range within Harte's Heritage collection, keeping the same Victorian lantern styling used across the range.

Cast iron and steel construction

The lantern body is cast in iron with a galvanised steel mounting disc measuring 0.13 metres across, sized to sit neatly on a narrow pier top. Hand cut glass glazing and an E27 bulb holder complete the fitting, finished in the standard gloss black with other colours available on request.

How it works

Fixed directly onto the pier cap, the light sits centrally above the pier rather than off to one side, giving an even spread of light around the entrance. Mains wiring is needed and should be run up through the pier itself.

Where it works best

Choose this size where the pier top is narrow or chamfered, typically at gateways, driveway entrances or garden walls with slimmer pier caps. For wider, flat pier tops, Harte's other pier lights in this range use a larger mounting disc.
