At 0.78 metres, the BRW1 is the largest wall light in Harte's BARE range, built to stand alone as a statement fixture or anchor a pair either side of a substantial entrance. Its angled bracket holds the lantern clear of the wall, giving it more presence than a flush mounted light.
Galvanised steel and hand cut glass
The BRW1 is made from galvanised steel with hand cut glass, carrying the BARE range's plain, angular lines through to a larger scale fitting.
How it works
The angled bracket sets the lantern away from the wall at an angle, spreading light out from the wall rather than straight down it. It requires a mains wiring connection, and we recommend a qualified electrician handle the wiring and confirm the wall fixing can support its size.
Where it works best
Its scale suits larger houses, wide entrances or taller walls where a smaller light would be lost. It can stand alone beside a front door or be fitted as a matching pair for a grander approach.
Harte, Irish craft since 1983
This wall light comes from Harte Outdoor Lighting, a family run manufacturer based in New Ross, County Wexford, making outdoor lighting since 1983. Harte says its lighting is installed at notable Irish locations including Áras an Uachtaráin, Adare Manor and the K Club, alongside private estates and commercial projects across Ireland and the UK.
