Harte Contemporary 0.29m Flushed Mounted Wall Light - Galvanised Steel

The BRW4 is another compact, flush mounted light from Harte's BARE range, standing 0.29 metres tall with a square angled lantern housing that gives it a slightly crisper, more geometric silhouette than a traditional lantern. It's designed to sit close and flat against a wall rather than project outward.

Galvanised steel and hand cut glass

Built from galvanised steel with hand cut glass panels, the BRW4 favours the straight edges and sharp angles that define the BARE range, a deliberate contrast to the more ornate cast iron lanterns Harte also makes.

How it works

As a flush mounted fitting, it sits directly against the wall surface with no bracket, keeping its footprint minimal. It connects to mains wiring, and we recommend a qualified electrician carry out the wiring connection.

Where it works best

Its compact size and square lines suit it well to being installed in pairs, flanking a front door, garage or gateway, where a matched set either side reads more deliberate than a single fitting. It also works alone beside a smaller entrance or utility door.

Harte, Irish craft since 1983

The BRW4 is made by Harte Outdoor Lighting, a family run manufacturer based in New Ross, County Wexford, producing outdoor lighting since 1983. Harte says its lighting features at notable Irish locations including Áras an Uachtaráin, Adare Manor and the K Club, as well as in private homes, estates and hospitality venues across Ireland and the UK.
