How It Works

Is smoke tinted glass darker than clear?
It is more grey than dark, filtering light pleasantly without making the room feel dim. You still get good visibility.

Can I use this as my main bedroom light?
As a pair, yes. Two of these fitted as bedside lights will give you enough general light for a bedroom while being softer than an overhead fitting.

Will it work in a modern bathroom?
No, it is IP20 rated which is only suitable for dry areas. For a bathroom you would need something with a higher IP rating.
