French gold brings a richer, slightly warmer tone to this wall light than a standard brass, and it is finished here with a 20cm clear ribbed acorn glass that softens the single E27 bulb sitting inside it. The texture in the glass adds a nice bit of detail when the light catches it.
As an indoor fitting it is well suited to living rooms, hallways and bedrooms, and the gold tone lends itself particularly well to schemes with deeper wall colours. It looks good mounted in pairs on either side of a bed, mirror or fireplace for symmetry.
