Will this light warm up my room?
The cognac shade brings warmth in appearance and will cast an amber tinted light when switched on, but how warm the overall light feels also depends on the bulb you choose. A warm white bulb will emphasise the cognac tone, while a cooler bulb will balance it.

Does the colour of the shade fade in sunlight?
The colour is built into the glass itself and is designed to last. Over time, like any coloured glass, it may show very slight fading if exposed to strong direct sunlight daily, but this would be minimal.

Can I use this fitting in a hallway with high humidity?
