Its sunburst of knife-cut cardboard rays stretches 128 centimetres from tip to tip, wrapped around a central glass diffuser that softens the light to a gentle, even wash rather than the deeper amber of the natural cardboard pieces. In white, the silhouette reads more sculptural than rustic, at home above a hotel reception desk, in a boutique restaurant, or hung low over a long dining table in a contemporary or biophilic scheme. It hardwires directly to the ceiling, arriving with a cord and round canopy so the drop can be set to suit a high ceiling or a more intimate space.
