A Narrower Take on the Ledbury Dome

This Ledbury pendant keeps the same gently curved dome shape as the rest of the range, but in a fine, skinny ribbed glass that catches the light in narrow vertical lines rather than showing it plain. It's a subtler texture than the standard ribbed glass, without losing the light through heavy patterning.

Choosing a Finish

The skinny ribbed glass is identical across all four finishes. Antique brass and polished brass sit on the warmer end, with polished brass the shinier of the two, nickel gives a cooler and more modern look, and bronze is the darkest, closer to gunmetal than a true bronze. Each fitting is hand coloured, so small variation between pieces is normal.

How It Works

It takes a single E27 bulb, up to 8W LED, not supplied, and is dimmable with a compatible bulb and dimmer. It comes with 1m of black twisted flex and a 6.5cm ceiling plate as standard.

Where It Works Best

At 200mm tall and 200mm wide, it's a neat size for a single drop over a small table, or grouped in twos or threes above a kitchen island or dining table. It suits a living room, kitchen, bedroom or dining room equally well.

Fritz Fryer has worked out of Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, since 1982, when it began by restoring antique fittings from the UK and Europe.
