Choosing Your Finish

Antique Brass gives the hook and fittings a warm, aged character. Nickel keeps the same shape cool and modern. Bronze is the darkest and most low key option, while Polished Brass brings the most shine and formality. Because the glass is clear, the fitting itself is on full display, so the finish matters more here than on some of the smaller shades.

Each pendant takes 1 x E27 LED bulb, maximum 8W, not supplied, and is fully dimmable. Because of its size, the XXL globe hangs on a black braided cable and chain rather than plain flex, with a 6.5cm ceiling plate, and the globe itself measures 445mm high and 400mm wide.

This is a statement piece for a large kitchen island, an open plan dining table, or a double height living space where a smaller pendant would get lost. Give it plenty of room to hang and be seen.

Made By Fritz Fryer

Fritz Fryer has been making lights in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire since 1982, having started out restoring antique fittings sourced from the UK and Europe. Every glass shade, however large, is still hand blown, and every metal finish is still hand coloured by hand, so an air bubble in the glass or a subtle variation in tone is simply part of how it is made. The Hereford name comes from the nearby city.
