An 8 light chandelier combining gold leaf detail with crystal droplets
Mignon is an 8 light chandelier that brings together gold leaf sculpted elements and a worn cream finish, hung with crystal droplets that catch the light across the fitting. It's designed by artists local to New Orleans, and that connection to the city comes through in a design that feels handcrafted rather than mass produced.
Gold and worn cream finish
The worn cream finish gives Mignon a softer, more lived in look than a flat white or cream would, while the gold leaf sculpted elements and crystal droplets add warmth and sparkle across the eight arms. It suits interiors that want a chandelier with some age and character built in rather than a brand new, uniform finish.
How it works
This is an eight light ceiling fitting. None of the eight bulbs are included, so you'll need to add them to your order. Given the number of arms and the ceiling fixing, we'd strongly recommend a registered NICEIC electrician handles installation.

An 8 light chandelier of this scale wants a room with height and space to match, a dining room, entrance hall or a living room with a high ceiling, somewhere the crystal droplets and gold detail can be seen properly from below. It's designed for indoor use only.
The story behind Flambeau
Not every Flambeau design traces back to Paul Gruer's original studio work. Mignon is one of a small group of pieces designed by artists local to New Orleans, drawing directly on the character of the city rather than a single designer's signature style. It sits within the wider Flambeau range that Joe McKearn began building in 2000, and like the rest of the collection, it's been manufactured under licence by Elstead Lighting for the UK and European markets since 2012, adapted to 220 to 240V wiring and CE certified.
