The Valentina 4 light chandelier carries the same turn of the century influence as the rest of the collection, with a slender, willowy frame in Oxidized Bronze and clear polished glass crystals adorning each arm. It's a smaller scale chandelier than the 6 light version, suited to rooms that want the same character without quite the same footprint.

Finished in Oxidized Bronze, it has a warm, softly aged tone that lets the crystal detailing stand out rather than competing with it. Each candelabra style bulb sits in its own clear crystal bobeche, helping the light catch and scatter through the crystal.

How it works

This chandelier takes four candelabra style bulbs, none of which are supplied, so you'll need to add these to your order. As with all ceiling lighting, we'd recommend a registered NICEIC electrician handles the installation.

With four lights, this size of Valentina suits smaller dining rooms, bedrooms or hallways where a full sized chandelier would feel too large. It brings the same period character as the rest of the range but on a more manageable scale for a modest sized room.

The story behind Feiss

Visual Comfort & Co. now owns the design heritage of Feiss, a brand that Elstead Lighting has represented across the UK and Europe since 2012, adapting its collections to 220 to 240V wiring. That heritage traces to 1955, when Murray Feiss founded the business in the South Bronx around imported European porcelain figurines wired into lamp bases, each shade hand sewn by his mother Rose. Three generations of family ownership carried the company from that small start to one of America's best known decorative lighting names, spanning chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings. Valentina reflects a turn of the century sensibility throughout the range, with crystal detailing chosen specifically to conjure the elegance of that era, here across four lights rather than the range's largest six.
