A four light statement piece for a bigger room
The Remy 4 light pendant takes the collection's French Arts and Crafts influenced circle motif and builds it into a larger, multi light fitting with real presence. Where the single pendant offers one point of light, this version is built to anchor a room on its own, with four light sources gathered around the same decorative iron framework.
Heritage Bronze and Parisienne Gold
The scale doesn't change the finish: Heritage Bronze across the main body, Parisienne Gold picking out the circular detailing, and Bronze Organza shades softening each of the four lights. Across a bigger fitting like this, the contrast between the two finishes is more pronounced, giving the piece a real sense of depth when it's lit.
How it works
This fitting takes four bulbs, none of which are included, so you'll need to add four to your order. Given its size and weight, we'd strongly recommend a qualified electrician handles the installation, and that you check the fitting will be properly supported by the ceiling it's hung from.
Where it works best
This is a statement piece for a dining room, hallway with height, or open plan living space where you want a fitting that draws the eye upward. It's an indoor fitting throughout, best suited to a room with enough ceiling height and floor space to let it hang properly.
The story behind Feiss
In 1955, Murray Feiss opened a small lighting workshop in the South Bronx, importing European porcelain figurines to wire into lamp bases, with his mother Rose sewing the shades by hand. What followed was three generations of family ownership that built the business into one of America's leading decorative lighting names, taking in chandeliers, pendants, wall and outdoor lights along the way, and the design heritage now sits within Visual Comfort & Co. Since 2012, Elstead Lighting has represented Feiss across the UK and Europe, adapting its ranges to 220 to 240V systems. Remy draws its circular motif and hand made iron construction from the French Arts and Crafts movement, and this particular piece scales that design up into one of the largest fittings the collection offers.
