The Nori two light wall light brings the same dark weathered zinc ironwork and driftwood grey bead drape to a wall mounted fitting, for anyone who wants the collection's look without a ceiling fitting.

Set against a wall rather than spread across a ceiling, the worn, textured ironwork and the softer beads sit at eye level, so the contrast between the two finishes reads more closely than it does on the larger chandeliers.

How it works

This wall light is fixed to the wall on its own back plate and does not come with bulbs, so you'll need to add two to your order, one for each light. As with all wall fittings involving mains wiring, we would recommend a qualified electrician handles the installation.

Where it works best

Being a wall light, it works well used in pairs either side of a mirror, bed or fireplace, or singly in a hallway or landing where a ceiling fitting is not wanted. It is an indoor fitting, suited to living, dining, hallway and bedroom spaces.

The story behind Feiss

Rose Feiss hand sewed the shades that finished her son Murray's earliest lamps, pieces built around imported European porcelain figurines he wired into bases in a South Bronx workshop back in 1955. Over three generations, that small operation grew into one of America's best known decorative lighting names, its output spanning chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings, its heritage today part of Visual Comfort & Co. Elstead Lighting has represented Feiss across the UK and Europe since 2012, adapting its designs for 220 to 240V electrical systems. Nori's Gothic influenced ironwork and softer driftwood grey beads move here from ceiling to wall, keeping the same transitional character as the rest of the collection.
