The Malibu 2 light flush fitting takes the collection's stepped frame and opal etched glass drum shades and mounts them flush to the ceiling, spreading light evenly across the room rather than from one wall. The two shades side by side give a fuller spread than a single fitting alone.

Brushed brass finish

In Brushed Brass, the stepped frame has a warmer, more matte quality than a high shine finish, suiting bathrooms with natural stone, wood or warmer toned brassware elsewhere in the room. The opal etched glass shades keep the light soft and diffused.

This fitting does not come with bulbs, so you will need to add two to your order. Given its bathroom location, we would always recommend a qualified electrician handles the installation.

The story behind Feiss

Malibu's architectural, stepped frame design sits at the more pared back end of what Feiss offers, a contrast to the brand's origins in 1955, when Murray Feiss was wiring imported European porcelain figurines into lamp bases in the South Bronx, the shades hand sewn by his mother, Rose. Three generations of family ownership turned that small start into one of America's best known names in decorative lighting, encompassing chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings, a heritage that now sits within Visual Comfort & Co. Since 2012, Elstead Lighting has represented Feiss in the UK and Europe, adapting ranges including Malibu, here in its flush ceiling form, for 220 to 240V electrical systems.
