A single crystal wall light that pairs easily with the rest of the collection
The Lucia single wall light takes the collection's sunflower shaped Bauhinia crystal and Burnished Silver frame and puts it at eye level, where the detailing is easiest to appreciate close up. It's designed to work as a standalone accent or alongside other Lucia pendants and chandeliers in the same room.
Burnished Silver finish
Burnished Silver gives the frame a soft, slightly weathered sheen rather than a hard polish, letting the crystal do the sparkling. As a wall fitting it sits forward from the wall enough to cast light both up and out, softened by its linen shade and glass bottom diffuser.
How it works
The single lamp position takes its own bulb, which isn't included, so add one to your order before installing. We'd recommend a qualified electrician wires in any new wall light, particularly where it's replacing an existing fitting.
Where it works best
As a wall light, this suits hallways, landings and either side of a mirror or bed, anywhere a softer, lower level of light is wanted alongside a ceiling fitting. It's an indoor fitting, not intended for bathrooms or outdoor use.
The story behind Feiss
Visual Comfort & Co. now holds the Feiss design heritage, with Elstead Lighting representing the brand across the UK and Europe since 2012, adapting collections such as Lucia for 220 to 240V wiring. The story began decades earlier, in 1955, when Murray Feiss founded the business in the South Bronx around imported European porcelain figurines wired into lamp bases, with shades hand sewn by his mother, Rose. Three generations of family ownership carried that workshop to become one of America's best known decorative lighting names, spanning chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings. Lucia itself is built around sunflower shaped Bauhinia crystal set into a Burnished Silver frame, a transitional design that runs from flush fittings through to full chandeliers.
