A semi-flush ceiling light in cool Satin Nickel
The Evington 2 light semi-flush pairs a flowing, traditional shape with a more contemporary Satin Nickel finish. A Blown Opal Etched glass shade sits below a clear sphere accent, and the whole fitting sits close to the ceiling rather than hanging on a long drop.

Satin Nickel gives the fitting a cooler, more understated look than the Sunset Gold option, and pairs well with greys, whites and other cool toned schemes. The opal etched glass diffuses the light gently rather than showing the bulb directly.

The story behind Feiss
Elstead Lighting has represented Feiss across the UK and Europe since 2012, adapting the brand's collections, Evington included, for 220 to 240V electrical systems, part of a design heritage now held by Visual Comfort & Co. Three generations of the same family built that heritage, beginning in 1955 when Murray Feiss opened a small lighting business in the South Bronx, New York, wiring imported European porcelain figurines into lamp bases with shades hand sewn by his mother, Rose. From there the business grew into one of America's best known decorative lighting names, spanning chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings. Evington takes a traditional semi-flush profile and gives it a more contemporary edge, available in this cooler Satin Nickel finish or in a warmer Sunset Gold.
