A bell shaped flush fitting that sits close to the ceiling
The Drawing Room bell-shaped 2 light flush fitting mounts directly against the ceiling, with two bell shaped pressed glass shades held in die-cast aluminium fitters. The gently flared bell profile gives the glass more presence than a plain dome, while the fretwork ironwork ties it back to the traditional British architectural themes running through the rest of the collection.
Walnut finish
Finished in Walnut, the metalwork has a warm, dark brown tone that complements the bell shaped glass nicely, and works well in rooms where you want a period feel without anything hanging down from the ceiling.
How it works
The fitting takes two bulbs, neither included, so you will want to add a pair to your order. Being a fully flush fitting, it is a good option for lower ceilings, though a qualified electrician should still check the fixing point and confirm the installation before it goes up.

The story behind Feiss
More than seventy years separate today's Feiss collections from the South Bronx workshop Murray Feiss opened in 1955, building lamps around imported European porcelain figurines and shades his mother Rose sewed by hand. In between, three generations of the same family grew that workshop into one of America's best known decorative lighting brands, spanning chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings, and the design heritage now sits within Visual Comfort & Co. Elstead Lighting has represented Feiss across the UK and Europe since 2012, adapting ranges such as Drawing Room for 220 to 240V electrics. Drawing Room draws on an Edwardian ironwork tradition, its pressed glass bowls, die-cast fitters and fretwork detailing rooted in British architectural themes of the period.
