The Chelsea Harbor 2 light flush fitting takes the collection's work lantern styling and mounts it flush to a porch or canopy ceiling rather than a wall. Two lamps sit behind mouth blown, seedy glass within a hand made aluminium frame, giving more light output than the single lanterns in the range while keeping the same authentic, slightly weathered look.

Storm Cloud grey finish

In Storm Cloud grey with a black speckle finish, the fitting has the same salt worn, harbourside character as the rest of the collection, sitting comfortably against rendered soffits, exposed timber and other coastal or industrial exterior finishes.

How it works

The fitting doesn't come with bulbs, so you'll need to add two to your order. With an IP44 rating, it's built to handle genuinely exposed outdoor spots, including direct rain, not just sheltered areas. As with all our outdoor lighting, we'd recommend a qualified electrician for installation.

Where it works best

This is designed for porch ceilings, canopies and covered exterior walkways where you want an overhead outdoor light rather than one mounted to the wall. The IP44 rating means it can be used in exposed locations, not just sheltered ones.

The story behind Feiss

Feiss began in 1955, when Murray Feiss set up a small lighting business in the South Bronx, wiring imported European porcelain figurines into lamp bases and having his mother Rose hand sew the shades that finished them. Across three generations, that family operation grew into one of America's best known names in decorative lighting, covering chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings, and its design heritage today sits within Visual Comfort & Co. In the UK and Europe, Elstead Lighting has represented Feiss since 2012, adapting collections including Chelsea Harbor for 220 to 240V electrical systems. Chelsea Harbor itself is a direct nod to the working harbourside lanterns of 1940s and 1950s America, remade in aluminium with a Storm Cloud grey finish for that authentic coastal look.
