A single aged oak orb, sized for repeating
The Allier mini pendant takes the collection's kiln dried oak orb down to its smallest size, designed to hang on its own or in a repeated run. It carries the same weathered, characterful grain as the rest of the Allier family, just in a scale suited to tighter spacing.
Weathered Oak Wood and Antique Forged Iron finish
The orb's Weathered Oak Wood finish keeps its natural, slightly aged texture, framed by the darker Antique Forged Iron fitting above it. It's a rustic pairing that works well whether it's hung alone or several in a row.
How it works
The single orb needs its own bulb, which isn't included, so add one to your order per fitting. We'd recommend a qualified electrician for the installation, especially if you're wiring in several at once.

The story behind Feiss
Allier takes its name from the French forest whose oak is used for wine barrels, and channels that heritage of aged, kiln dried timber into a modern wood and metal orb silhouette, scaled down here to its smallest, single orb form, suited to hanging alone or in a repeated run. Feiss itself was founded in 1955, when Murray Feiss set up a small lighting business in the South Bronx around imported European porcelain figurines wired into lamp bases, the shades hand sewn by his mother Rose. Three generations of family ownership grew that venture into one of America's best known decorative lighting names, its work spanning chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings, and its design heritage now sits within Visual Comfort & Co. Since 2012, Elstead Lighting has represented Feiss across the UK and Europe, adapting the ranges to run on 220 to 240V.
