A Victorian inspired pendant chandelier with rosette detailing
The Adams 3 light pendant chandelier is built around Victorian era lighting cues, using three glass orb shades and vintage cast rosette detailing across the crown, ceiling canopy and centre strap. It's a compact take on the collection, with enough decorative detail to work as a genuine focal point rather than just background lighting.
British Bronze finish
Finished in British Bronze, this version of Adams has a warm, dark tone that sits well against richer wall colours, darker woodwork and traditional interiors. It reads as more historic than a plated nickel finish, and pairs naturally with brass and bronze fixtures elsewhere in the room.
How it works
This pendant takes three bulbs, none of which are included, so you'll need to add these to your order. It's wired into the ceiling through its canopy, and as with all ceiling lighting, we'd recommend a registered NICEIC electrician handles the installation.
Where it works best
With three lights around the centre strap, this size works well in hallways, landings or smaller dining spaces where a period style pendant is wanted without the scale of a full chandelier. Its Victorian detailing suits older properties in particular, though British Bronze also reads well in more modern rooms with darker colour schemes.
The story behind Feiss
A small lighting workshop in the South Bronx was where Murray Feiss got started in 1955, wiring imported European porcelain figurines into lamp bases and relying on his mother Rose to hand sew each shade. What followed was three generations of family ownership that turned the business into one of America's best known decorative lighting names, its range eventually covering chandeliers, pendants, wall lights and outdoor fittings, with the design heritage now sitting within Visual Comfort & Co. Elstead Lighting has represented Feiss across the UK and Europe since 2012, adapting the collections to 220 to 240V wiring. Adams takes its cues from Victorian era lighting design, its glass orbs and cast rosette detailing carried through here in a compact three light form finished in British Bronze.
