How it works

Takua uses an integrated LED, so there is no separate bulb to buy or replace. Faro rates it at 10W with a warm white 3000K colour temperature and a colour rendering index above 80 for natural looking tones after dark, and states a light output of around 450 lumens. The light source is included and is not user replaceable. The lamp is wall mounted and hardwired to the mains. Moonlight Design recommends installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.

This is an exterior fitting suited to porches, front and back doors, garden walls, terraces, patios and courtyards. Mounted either side of a doorway or spaced along a boundary wall, its downward wash is a natural way to light paths, steps and seating areas without harsh glare.
